The practice work across the fields of architecture, furniture design, graphic design and interior design. Sundae believe that the way designers think can help make the world work better. United Chip

Responsible for the design of the shop front, interior fit out and bespoke seating, Sundae created a fun and colourful modern take on the traditional fish and chip shop, for both eat in and take away on London’s Clerkenwell Road. United Chip takes pride in selling sustainably sourced fish, expertly fried chips and delicious craft beers.

Pomona’s

Responsible for the initial development of the food and drink offer through to the graphic language and interior design, Sundae Design Studio were central to the creation and delivery of the concept for Pomona’s, a new restaurant and bar in London’s Notting Hill. The design takes inspiration its from David Hockney’s Malibu period of work resulting in bright and warm and colourful restaurant spaces.

The design of a new high-end entertainment brand, including its overall concept, venues, print and digital media. Creating an authentic customer experience, we fabricated a brand heritage rooted in American film and fiction.

We designed a cellular structure that can easily be added to in order to produce pavilions of various sizes. As a result, the size of the pavilion can be adapted to suit the location and purpose.
